My brother Steven A Bongardt has been missing from communication with myself for about three years timeframe. With maybe one occurence of words spoken unlike that of my brother. I fear he was voyeured and will explain much of this in time.  I fear many have conflicted souls inside thru winded technology some in the military are aware of.   i am fearful a soul of his was stolen on another line of time and a return into body someone contracting against our government and the world set up previous start of 2023.  having started in early 2011 timeframe particularly with perhaps a go back to timeframe of 9/11 and previous as was noted to have occurred for senate testimony and also for Gitmo testimony.  senate panel was known to be a Black Lives Matter operative from future and Gitmo a jihadist for formal commenting.  Please look back on this commenting it was noted as being on record told.  an occurrence took place with Secret Service, a  trunk of a car on a night I had called Steve's partner.   noted my brother stated with a mole of his partner to past for transcribing errors.  Steve had noted this was a concern before 9/11 someone within was trying to tell him to look into transcription error.  Likely himself talking to himself from future to past.  other commenting has occurred with use of his The Gyges Group page which has been defunct for business and hasnt been online for some time for interaction to my knowledge.  He no longer has a LinkedIn page of reference Lisa knowingly went into past using a time continuum and use of her property management company with frequency comms and hand glove patent use for medical discussion of my health without me in the circle of comms.  I have seen my brother Steven standing in vision from 2023 at side of Osama Bin laden in the beyond for peace alongside Chris Kyle.  Ali wasnt there for that occurrence as in Steve's partner even though he was formerly gone at same time as I was told.
